Requirements for insulation layer materials:
(1) Uniform foaming and low density
(2) The thermal conductivity should be as low as possible, generally requiring a value below 0.045 W/(m? K)
(3) The stability of temperature changes should be good, and the performance should meet the specified requirements within the temperature range of -40 to 70 ℃
(4) Having a certain mechanical strength, it can withstand the vibration and impact of automobiles under harsh road conditions without damage or deformation
(5) Low water absorption and moisture absorption, good frost resistance
(6) Non toxic and odorless, with low breathability. When the insulation material burns, it must not decompose into toxic and harmful gases
Expansion valve
The expansion valve plays a role in throttling and reducing pressure. When the high-pressure refrigerant liquid condensed by the condenser passes through the throttling valve, it is blocked and the pressure drops, causing some of the refrigerant liquid to vaporize while absorbing latent heat of vaporization. Its own temperature also decreases accordingly, becoming low-temperature and low-pressure wet vapor, which then enters the evaporator.

It is also a type of heat exchanger that allows low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant liquids to absorb heat from the cooling medium (air, water, salt water, or other refrigerants) during the boiling process, thereby achieving the purpose of refrigeration.
